When it comes to the actual ‘work’ side of training a client, are you working harder than they are during lessons?
If so, why?
We want our clients to see their potential and strive towards it and granted we need to lead them there. But we don’t need to burn ourselves out in the process.
Instead, let them be the pilot. You are the co-pilot, helping by leading them to their destination. Give them the tools they need to succeed, let them have choices in how they want to learn.
Refrain from ‘doing it all’ for them. Let them be a huge part of the process. Let them rely on the tools you’ve given them, rather than relying on you, yourself.
